Error on Importing Demo Content

Hi – I have recently bought Pitstop theme and I have been trying to import the demo content since last 2 days with no success at all, I have tried both of the methods, Wp-Admin->Appearance->Import Demo Data, The cog icons keep moving and after sometime I get an error message “An error occurred while fetching file from: https://data.true-emotions.studio/themes/pitstop/pitstop.xml! Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20052 milliseconds with 1671168 out of 3346761 bytes received.”

Since this is being setup locally, I have made all of the recommended changes in php.ini to increase the limits as mentioned in your documentation.

Im having issues also with importing demo, i have tried automatically importing and also manually using the .xml .dat and .pat but cogs just keep spinning and does not imprort.

Its not the PHP settings as we have those maxed out, I have created you an user account if you can investigate the issue please.
