theme performance

Since latest theme update, I had a very good score on performance tests on gtmetrix.com for the website niro-stahl.ro, where I use the Quattro theme + Autoptimize module.

After the latest theme update I get an F score with very bad performance results.

Please give some advice how can I get a better performance with the Quattro Theme.
