OK, So I did this
Try to do this, and check after adding. Because WP Rocket plugin make a separate cache file for mobile.
It looks like NOW WP-ROCKET works just fine. But my mobile score is still kinda low, about 15 second for Speed Index https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpersonalresearch.infomed.co.il%2F
And also, it looks on another site that my score for Cache Static Content
is low – here is an image for you to look at. http://speedom.co.il/results/190703_6J_F

The usual web caching process is for a cache to save a copy of the static file – e.g., an image, – when the content is served, so that it’s closer to the user and delivered more quickly the next time. Browsers and content delivery networks (CDNs) can cache static content for a set time period and serve it to users as long as the content continues to be requested. This is possible because static content does not change over time; the same file can be delivered to users over and over.I don’t think that you need this.
Check mobile speed for user in this way https://take.ms/mJd9M
Ctrl+Alt+i -> Network and refresh the page.
I don’t think that you need this.

I don’t really get what you meen, could you please explain it better? What do I need to remove? Also. it seems that my mobile loading is slow again. (refer to image)

While on desktop it’s not bad (but not good!), on mobile we are back to squere one.
From what Google tells it’s about 11-12 seconds on Speed Index. Does it even make sense?
I TALKED TO MY SERVER,
THEY TRYED TO INSTAL THE PLUGIN Autoptimize
BUT WHAT HAPPEND NEXT WAS THAT IT CLASHED SERIOUSLY WITH THE SLIDER REVOLUTION (MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE JAVASCRIPT).
THERE IS TOO MUCH JAVASCRIPT THAT ARE LOADED OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND IT CAUSES A DELAY OF MORE THAN 3 SECONDS IN MY MOBILE
HERE IS AN EXPLANATION OF IT

Hi.
Try to update Rev Slider. Just delete and install it again. But make a slider backup before. We had problems, when rolled back to version 5.
