The website is uploading really slowly!! – The files are not compatible with

Hello,

It’s Shelly, how do yo do?

I have tried lots of things to make the website to upload faster,

I even deleted all the woocommerce thing and un-used plugins but in vain.

I contacted my server company which they helped really well and made the best they could but still the webite uploads slowly. Around 4-5 seconds to load the home-page!!! It’s insane.

My server company suggested me to mail you,

’cause as they say, the problem is that the template’s files aren’t compatible with cache.

Please, I need your URGENT help immediatly. We are doing some PPC  and we are losing costumers and money while the uploading is so slow. 🙁

I asked my SERVER to delete that file and they did As YOU SUGGESTED inside my FTP files.

MY SERVER SAYS THAT THEY DELETE THAT FILE AND IT APPEARS AGAIN. THE DELETE AND THE FILE APPEARS AGAIN.

Hi.

All these loaded files are normal. All plugins have some files to load. Deactivate all plugins you don’t need. Use WP Rocket instead WP Super Cache.

The file advanced-cache.php should be created, but it is used by another plugin.

Please, check now is everything ok?

Try to do this, and check after adding. Because WP Rocket plugin make a separate cache file for mobile.
