Recent purchase of theme – WP Bakery doesnt work

We purchased the theme this week and it seems the wp bakery just doesnt work – it sometimes loads and sometimes crashes making our job of loading a site really difficult

The home page also doesnt work and crashes from a basic install and import of dummy data.

We noticed an update for wpbakery but it doesnt allow us to update it either

Check this article https://help.pix-theme.com/knowledge-base/server-requirements/ and add WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to the wp-config.php file. You can try 512 and 1024.
