How to remove or edit Header "Nelva Posts"

Hello,

I am trying to remove or edit the top header image / text or just remove it all together.

How can I do this?

Also you can’t edit or get rid of it by changing the “feature image” on “pages”.

I’ll add a picture to highlight what i am talking about. I circled it in green for you.
