Help with a few things (loading screen, etc)

Hello, I am having issues editing a few things. One of which: I would like to delete the loading screen before a page loads (or at least how to change the loading screen icon). I am also having trouble editing the footer, can you point me in the direction of how to edit the footer.

I would also like to change it so that pages (other than the home page) do not have titles. https://amigocellphonerepair.com/contacts/ (see how it says Contacts).

Another question, is there any way I can center my menu options on the header?  Also: I am having trouble editing the header text, for example, I cannot change the phone number on the top.
