Error with price/year filter slider with mobile version

Hi! We have a serious problem with a project almost finished. The problem is about the price and year slides filters.

When your are in desktop version there is no problem with the mouse you can slide easily the filter BUT with the mobile version you can´t slide with the finger, the user must do a lot of touches to move the slide and there is no accuracy possible.

My client said that this is crucial and very important to work fine in mobile, please need help.
