Hello, I send the accesses to the FTP. Please your urgent help. If the reason is the link in the image, I still can’t change it, because it was just a mistake in everything I wanted to edit on the HOME page.
    PLEASE HELP!!!!

I’m trying to fix a bug. I checked it on our demo, everything works. Do you have any other sites on this hosting?

Currently there is the old site in the main domain, and this new one that you want to update when it is ready

Does the old site use wordpress?

I need to check this on empty wordpress on your server.

I suggest making a full backup of the site with the all-in-one plugin, resetting WordPress, activating only one wpbakery plugin and checking whether this page will be saved. If this doesn’t work on a clean WordPress, then it’s all about the server settings. Else we restore the backup and search the reason in wordpress settings.

It doesn’t work on a clean WordPress. Something with the server settings.

It’s easier to make a widget for an image than to look for a problem.

thanks, it already works, and there is no problem on the web. But the responsive of these images is not acting on the web. (attached image)

Try to clear the browser cache on mobile.
