Can't import Any Demo Content

I’ve tried to import the demo content but i always get an error. The php value are correct. How can i solve it? i need to import the complete black version. Thanks

I can’t import that file because it bigger than 128 MB and the hoster said that they cannot extend that value. How can i solve it?
