This email is regarding the problem we are facing in one of your plugin Boxy Studio. When we are using this plugin it encounters the the problem and our server got take more loads and stops.
We have attached the 2 screenshots please check that before using plugin and after using plugin the site health is dangerously effects and due to this we faced severe times server down issue.
We are requesting you to check this and resolve this bug in the plugin of the theme in Nordis. From when we are purchased this theme we encounter this issue.
So please requesting to you resolve this issue. And get back to us as soon as possible 🙂

Update the theme first. Then disable unused plugins. The page load time is three times longer with your plugins. And a very long server response. Ask your provider about the problem.
Okay From Where we can update the theme. Means download from themeforest or in wordpress dashboard
Okay if we download the theme and install it. So does our custom coding which we have done in website will remove. Please guide in this.

Hello We are encounter the same problem. When using the website it is taking more loads. And effect other sites also. When we deactivate the plugin it works properly.
Hereby attaching the 2 screenshot before and after the plugin please check and resolve this plugin issues. As it affects our other sites also.

Please let us know when this issue solve. And try to resolve this issue as soon possible. As we have have disabled the plugin from the website and we need this to activate and handover to our client.

They closed ticket without any response. You can use the plugin only as is.Because we can not use this theme without the booking plugin. Or give us some alternative plugin for it.
Yes we know it will work. But due to this plugin it affects our server and other site hosted on it. Because due to this error the loop in this plugin is continuously running. And effects our server load.
So I request to please give us some permanent solution of it.

Neither of these issues will cause problems with the plugin or your site. You can safely ignore them for now. I do plan on going through and resolving them in an upcoming update.
