Hi,
The Google Maps widget doesn’t seem to be working correctly. I have created and added my Google Maps API key in the Pix Settings area. I have also filled out the Google Maps widget info (see screenshot), however I’m getting an error message (see screenshot).
I looked in the forum, and could see others have had the same issue, but I coudn’t find a solution that was posted. Please help.

I’ve then added the following code to the Additional CSS box in Customise:
.pix-single-tabs .pix-checklist li:before #style-svg {
fill:#7bbc46;!important
}…but it didn’t change the colour.
I’ve never worked with svg files before and have spent a fair bit of time researching on the internet but don’t fully understand what I’m meant to do/why it’s not working.
Thanks!

I’ve replaced the icons with a different image, through css. Thanks.
UPDATE: Re the Google Maps issue. I’ve used the WP Google Maps widget for now, but would prefer to use the theme one if you can help me?
Hi.
1. Cars duplicator https://take.ms/txuDw
2. Did you enable API Keys from Library Maps JavaScript API or Maps Embed API? And did you use this article https://help.pix-theme.com/knowledge-base/how-to-create-google-api-keys/ ?
Thank you for the Cars duplicator.
I believe it was the Maps Embed API. Yes I did follow the instructions.
I’ve attached a bunch of screen shots, I believe I’ve followed it all correctly. The only difference is that the Google API key is in Pix Settings, not the Customiser.

ALSO can we please tell me if I can change the side bar widget titles on the single car page. I don’t want it to read “Car Details” or “Related Cars” as this is a website that will sell other vehicles, trailers, caravans etc.
I was able to do it in edit HTML in the Inspector on Chrome, but when I copy and pasted the html code into the theme editor (child them, function.php and style.css files) it didn’t stick.
Thanks!

Try to delete Maps Embed API and check it. If it doesn’t work, try leaving only Maps Embed API and check whether the map will be displayed.
You can change it with translation https://help.pix-theme.com/knowledge-base/translation/
No, it doesn’t look like this is a billing account (see screenshot).
Ok so I disabled Maps Embed API but didn’t resolve the issue (still getting the Sorry! Something went wrong message on the front end).
(I don’t know if this means anything, but see the screenshot – it looks like only the Maps JavaScript API is working?)
I then re-enabled it and disabled JavaScript API. I also removed JavaScript API from the API restrictions section. But still not working?
Also, there is a Configure The Consent screen – I don’t believe this is applicable to me but thought I’d better mention it (see screenshot).

Thank you for the poedit info – very cool and helpful! However, as I am creating the website using the child theme, I have followed all instructions in poedit but as the Languages folder is the in non-child quattro theme files, I created a new Languages folder in the child-theme files in file manager and saved the new .po & .mo files here. I’m assuming this is incorrect, as the changes haven’t worked on the front end?

You must be logged in to view attached files.1. Leave only Maps Embed API. I’ll check the widget code.
2. Cars Filter you can change here https://take.ms/44EbF. For changing Car Details string you need to translate PixCars plugin. Try to do it in the Loco Translate https://take.ms/XI8kt https://take.ms/VB19E
1. Only Maps Embed API is left. I re-checked all settings in google console. There is an error in Chrome Inspect (see screenshot) if this helps.
2. Cars Filter & Car Details (& others) are changed. Thanks for this info! Do I need to re-active LiteSpeed Cache plug in?

You must be logged in to view attached files. One other thing – is there a way to change the colour of the price (I’d like to change it to the brand green (<span style=”color: #000000; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 11px;”>#7bbc46 ) </span>and the dot points in the features section (so that they go horizontally instead of vertically, to try and keep the info on one page) in the .pdf for the single car listing? (see screenshot).

P.S. I wonder if I can also have the reservation form pop up when someone clicks on the button on the Services page header (see screenshot)?

Hi Alex,
1. Thank you – do I need to turn the LiteSpeed plug in back on?
2. Ok thank you. There is an error message (see screenshot) – does this relate?
3. Thank you, however are you able to also have the Features section on the same page (see screenshot)?

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hi,
Just wondering if this will be getting fixed today? I’m happy for you to remove the AIOSEO plug in if that helps – I plan on using Squirrly SEO anyway.Hi.
If you are going to use another plugin, then there should be no problems.
1. If you have finished working with the site, then the plugin can be activated.
2. You need to change the access rights for the wp-content folder and its contents on the server. Try 755 or 777
3. I’ll try to change paddings.
Hi Alex, I wrote back but it mustn’t have saved!
1. Thank you.
2. How do you do that?
3. How did you go with paddings?..ok I figured out how to do it (not hard actually!). It was set to 755, so have changed to 777 (see screenshots).

Also, where it states “I have read and accept the Privacy Policy”, can the text Privacy Policy actually be linked to the privacy policy?

I can’t seem to find the selector for grey background that appears when clicking on one of the input boxes (see screenshot). I’ve managed to style the rest of the form to be inline with the other pix-theme forms. would really appreciate your help if possible

You must be logged in to view attached files.UPDATE: I worked out the short code issue on the pop up booking form and have also edited the contact form so that the privacy policy text is linked.
Just need an update on the paddings of the pdf and if you can advise re the styling of the pop up box (as above).
Also, on mobile view when looking at current listings I’d like to hide the sidebar, and only the show the listings. Is this possible? Can’t find how to do it.
Thanks in advance for you assistance.
Hi.
1. Please, check pdf.
2. These plugins are recommended, but not required.
3. Please, check popup box. Does this grey background appear during browser autofill?
