Hi.

We don’t have a free version. This is a pirated version and we don’t know what changes were made to this theme. But in general, everything should remain.

Yes, Staging was used earlier to enhance the speed of the site. But now no need can be trashed.

Now as we up and good with the licensed theme, the original issue still persists as there are no options other than widgets under Appearance >customize.

For feature theme updates you can use Envato Market plugin.

Call/chat support is only available for paid customization.
