Hi, giving you the FTP access it’s a problem (obviusly nothing impossible), it’s ok if i’ll install a “file manager” plugin that make you access to all the file?

You can just add define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); in wp_config.php in wp root folder. I need to check if there is any error.

Please, try to add this to the top in wp_config.php, before the line that says, “Happy Blogging”:
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

Hi Sviluppatore, with the credentials tha i’ve gived you, you can log and use the plugin named “WP Media folder”.

By this plugin you can use the FTP service directly from the website.

If you can, apply the change to the child-theme, otherwhise we will be there again after the next update.
