Would like header info to show on mobile setup

I am currently working on my website (link given below) I have set up the top bar for the phone number but I cannot see it on mobile setup.

Please could you advise how I can enable this?

Also it does take a while for the page to download.  Is there a plugin you would recommend that can reduce the time taken to download the pages.
