Hello, when will the next update for theme come out? My website is running very slow. I’ve been updating plugins but it looks like I have to purchase WPBakery Page Builder to update that plugin.

URGENT

Hello again, I never seemed to get a response to this. I purchased the Support so I am hoping someone will help me.

My website is still running very slow and periodically stops displaying. This is becoming a huge issue since it happens when it is being shown to potential clients. I spent numerous hours with Hosting providing at one point and they said:

“… a lot of errors with plugins/permalink-manager. Also theme issues.”

Please respond so we can get this website using your theme functioning properly without slow time and constantly not coming up.

You don’t need to buy WPBakery Page Builder and you don’t need to activate it. https://help.pix-theme.com/knowledge-base/plugins/

We don’t guarantee the compatibility with all plugins, only with the recommended ones. The permalink-manager is the third-party plugin.
