Website pages not loading on different browsers/clients

Built the website as per the instructions, but seeing a problem on my client’s machines which are just giving the “loading” animated splash screen. The site never loads.

Been working pefectly logged in as Admin on Chrome.

Hi,

I think I’ve fixed this by removing the loading animated icon. Is this a bug?

Another question, how can I change the footer, It’s not listed as a widget and the “Customise” section does not change anything on the footer.
