website not functioning with bakery page builder

Hi, we are developing a website using your theme.  When the website is converted to the bakery page builder, some content from the site is lost and I cannot figure out why. please, can you help me to resolve this?

To be honest, the site has a lot of issues, I’m wondering if it is because of the way the site was built, I think the developers used shortcodes, the website is not working as it should and the developers are telling me it is the theme that has the issues.

please, can you have a look at let me know if this is the case?

This theme was build for backend editor. This mode work good http://take.ms/Dnry3. Custom widgets may have display problems. They were not developed for frontend mode. The last screenshot shows widgets shortcodes with settings in pure form.

And these widgets http://take.ms/py3YL are displayed in front end mode. What browser and what OS do you use?
