website not displaying properly on IE (last version)

hi,

when displayed in IE v 11.0.9600.19507, the logo doesn’t show properly (when at the top of the page) and menu is not showing at all.

when i scroll down, logo becomes ok, but the menu is displaying below the white line.

could it be a problem with the logo, i changed the size in the personalize section.
