Hello, a few days ago I bought the theme and installed it, I have also imported a demo, but there is a problem with the initial “loading”, it always stays there loading and does not access the content.

The web address is HERE as you can see, 1 or 2 times it works, but the rest, it is blocked in the “loading”. How can I solve it?

Is there an option to remove the “loading” from the code so that it doesn’t crash? If I don’t solve it, can I claim the cost of the theme and cancel it from my ThemeForest library?

    Thanks.

    Perfect, thank you very much.
Why is the “loading” blocked? I don’t understand why sometimes he agrees and sometimes he doesn’t.

    You are welcome.

    Is this problem still there?

    Hello,

No, the problem is solved by deactivating the “loader”, but I would like to know why it does not work for me.

I would like it to work and be able to customize it, but if it doesn’t let me access the web, I don’t understand its programming so it won’t work.

    Thanks

    Hi.

The problem is related to the update of jquery in wordpress. We replaced the load() function with ready() and this fixed the problem. I don’t have infinite loading on the pages of your site when the preloader is enabled.

Try to clear the browser cache and check again.
