Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_rtl() on null

Hello,

I received the following error when I tried to deactivate the cart icon from the menu (see attached file).

I followed the installation steps from documentation, including increasing the memory limit in wp-config.php file.

Now, I can’t change the theme options.

Please tell me how to proceed to continue the customize design.
