Unable to edit pages using Elementor

When I try and edit pages using Elementor, I just get the loading ‘heartbeat’, as in when the site loads, and can’t edit pages.

Is there a way of either disabling the ‘heartbeat’ loading process to see if that works or is there a better way to edit pages?

It’s switched off. You can try to use WPBakery Page Builder http://take.ms/1xKop. You can edit page on backend or on frontend with it.
