Theme demo import failed error(0)

Dear PixTheme team,

since the theme update or the WordPress update to 5.7, the theme demo import no longer works. Unfortunately, all import types do not work. Neither with the plugins nor with the XML files. The error message is always error (0). The first installation worked fine, but I had to do a new installation and suddenly it stopped working. Please give us a little help.

I have now tried the manual import, it worked, unfortunately just not completely, there were missing pictures and more. I also tried the One Click Import again, but it also failed again. The server provider automatically installs a Disable REST API and Disable XML-RPC Pingback plug-in. Deactivating this did not help either. Would be cool if the whole import would work because the theme is great and a lot can build on it, thanks 😉

Did you place wordpress folder into wordpress folder?

Since the current website should not go offline, the provider said I should just create a subfolder. Actually, that shouldn’t be the case.

Uh damn, that looks bad. 😂
But that’s a good idea with the subdomain. Unfortunately, I already suspected this and thought that simply creating a subfolder is not a good idea. I’ll create a subdomain and set it up again, maybe the import will work again. But strange that the first import worked without any problems, in the same folder and that my login works without any problems, only the import does not work. However, it is very negligent to receive this tip from the provider. But thank you very much for the support. 🙏🏻
