Text size doesn't work

I cannot change the size of the font.

Text size tags don’t work…

I change the size but nothing changes on the site, and when it works it’s filled with bug.

I have the version: QuattroVersion: 1.3.1 of the theme, can you tell me if it is possible to update to a more recent version?
