Strings to translate / modify

First of all, congrats on an amazing looking theme, highly customisable.

I want to modify and/or translate two strings, the “Car Details” and “Related Cars (You may be interested)” (sidebar, as seen in image)

Also I want to display other infos/strings instead of those active in Related Cars sidebar (as you can see on arrow no 3).

Thanks in advance. I will recommend your theme to others, for sure.

What fields do you need in related cars?

You can hide it with css without editing template.
