Stretch row issue in service pages

Hi. I try to use “stretch row” option in row settings for service pages. I just put a title element in the row. First issue is the row does not stretch to full width of screen, there is a gap on the right. Second issue is the right padding is too much that the text has no space, so there is a word for each line. The stretch option works well in the ordinary pages but not in service pages.

The other two stretch settings do not work, too.

I solved this issue by removing the div.row in line 20 of single-services.php template.
