Show subcategories on Services pages

Hi, I need to show subcategories on the services pages of iRepair theme. I have subcategory images plugin and want them to look like the posts but be a category users can click on to see posts in that category. I am willing to pay if this is something you can provide me a quote to do like customizing template?

Where the category is an image and text, then you click into the category and each post is an image and text, then you click into the post and it has a description and such.
