Is it possible to change the number of columns in the Services Widget?

Yes i’d like to be able to change the number of columns on that page.

 

I have 8 services and would like to try 2 columns and 4 columns to see which look best. Can you point me to the code i would amend to do this, if it is not possible to amend it in the “Customise Theme” options

Would it be possible to edit the word count of the excerpt that appears below the service images?

And my last question (hopefully).

When you release a new download of this theme will these amends be included – don’t want to over write them
