Reviews carousel speed no changing

Hi, i got problem with reviews carousel speed which is not changing wathever i do.

I changed it to 10 000 ms but it always around 5 000 ms.. i cleared cache etc.. but nothing change

It works. Did you clear cache in WP Fastest Cache plugin?
