Responsive/Mobile logo & layout issues

Hello,

I have an issue with the logo and responsive part. When I resize my window the logo changes from user logo to theme logo. I’ve set up both images in the customize theme page > logo > mobile but the the page still loads the theme logo even in table screensize.
Also, on the resize issues, the buttons get crushed into one another if a try to rezise, especially on the hero section. Would appreciate if it’s a bug or a missconfiguration issue.
