Responsive Issues

Hello.
We have purchased the theme but we can’t make the theme work fine with the responsive.
The URL from our site is http://www.gruspa.com.ar, you can access and visualiza our problem.
We cant set the size of the elements to “%”, we can only define the elements sizes (Height, Width) by “px”, so the elements never shows up correctly.
We are modifying the elementes with the “Yellow pencil tool”, im sending you some attached files.
