Reservation Form Problems

The reservation form appears under some content and becomes inactive, how can I fix that, and when I try to make a reservation it just stays there loading and doesn’t do anything.

nevermind the problem that it appears under some content, i fixed it, only the problem with the reservation, why the booking stays on loading
