Remove background & profolio edit with elementor

Hello i’ve been trying to contact you via replying entries and on the forest themes page and you don’t seem to be alive. So i’ll post this and if there’s no reply un 48h i’m going to demand a refund.

 

I need to erase background parallax or at least change the images. I’ve been reading posts in this forum and it seems theres no way to do that from wp. Only from ftp, is that right??

 

The other thing is i can’t edit portolio items with elementor. I don’t even have the option like i’ve seen in other forum’s posts
