Reducing white Spaces

Hello, Can I please know how I can reduce these white spaces all over my website. Even on the footers, spacing is too much.

You can do it using css. If you don’t know how to do it, please, give me the site url and admin access.

Thank you Alexey. This white space is a problem on all my pages, and on the homepage. Right below the three services, please reduce the white space there too. Credentials for access are in the private content area.
