Hello, I am thinking about buying the theme, but have a question first about the filter.
What I want to do is:
Show the customer:
“Select Make:” – once he clicks & selects the filter checks if there are specified Models for that Make, if there are it shows him another selector field:
“Select Model:” – again, checks if there are specified Generations for that Make & Model, if there are it shows him another selector to choose:
“Select Generation:” – and still same story, check if there are specified Body Types for that one. If there is no child category inside any choosen make/model/generation it just shows the “Show products” button.
and in other words:
select make, if models for that make exist -> show select model, else if models for that make are not specified -> show “show products” for that make.
select model, if generations for that model exist, show select generation, else show “show products” for that make&model.
Would it be possible to do in your filter?
Example category tree:
BMW (make)
– Series1 (model)
– -E81 (generation)
– -E82 (generation)
– -E87 (generation)
-Series 2 (model) (no generations under that, show products for BMW Series 2)
-Series3 (model)
– -E90 (generation)
– -E92 (generation)
– -E93 (generation)
-Series5 (model) (no generations in my catalog, don’t show the “Select Generation” button instead show him “Show products for BMW Series 5”)
AUDI (make)
-A4 (model)
– -B6 (generation)
– -B7 (generation)
– -B8 (generation)
-A5 (model)
– -8T (generation)
– -F5 (generation)
Also one more thing, is the theme working and responsive on mobiles as well? Any mobile demo previews available?
Hi.
1. Step filter available.
2. Yes, it’s responsive. You can check it on mobile or in the desktop browser in responsive mode.
