Problem with Wp Backery lastest WordPress

Hello, I saw in other topics some solutions and what I tried to solve the problem of the save button of WP Bakkery:

I have already installed the latest version of the Quattro 1.4.0 theme and the PixSettings 1.2.1 and PixCars 1.5.0 plugins.

I already deleted and installed the WP Bakkery plugin again.

But I can’t open the file quattro/vc_templates/js/vc_cars_filter.js when I try to access it to refresh, the message appears: File not found.
