Page section padding and overlay colors not working – pagebuilder

Hello

Im upgrading a production website to this theme. To save having to upload all the demo content to my production site. Ive installed the theme on a dev site and deployed the demo content. Im then transferring the WPBakery page code over to the prod website.

Ive found that everything seems to work except the padding and the colour overlays for the large images sections dont work. Screenshot attached.

Ive tried reinstalling WPbakery to no avail.

Can you assist?
