out of date files in qutro theme

Please see the attached image showing what is out of date on the Quatro automotive theme.

How do I update this theme????

I have not received an answer to this issue:
<p dir=”auto” style=”line-height: 22px; margin: 15px 0px; font-family: ‘Lucida Sans Unicode’, ‘Lucida Grande’, ‘Tahoma’, Verdana, sans-serif; color: #2b2e2f; font-size: 14px;”>I have the Quattro – Automotive WordPress Theme and wordpress V5.2.4 and I am getting a notice about quatro being out of date. See the screenshot attached.</p>

What version of Quattro theme do you have?

You can replace folder quattro/woocommerce/ with attached.
