None of the config/settings buttons are working

Hi,

when I try to configure the theme – I am using the WPBakery Page Builder which came with it – none of the switches and buttons within the settings windows are working. I can not change any of them  -the mouse cursor change to a text-symbol-cursor – like editing a text passage – whenever I hoover over a switch or button.

How can I make those settings work?

Minor, but still annoying – elements are not shown correctly and it’s hard to understand what’s what as the title is blocked by the icon.. I attach a screenshot.

I have installed and activated the recommended plugins mentioned in the manual under speed optimization

1. Install a Cache Plugin for WordPress. We recommend W3 Total Cache
2. Install an Image Compress Plugin. We recommend WP Smush It
3. Install a Database Optimizer Plugin We recommend WP Optimize

After running WP Smush It – all pictures are gone from the website?!

I deacativated Smush plug-in as no pics were shown any more.

But the messed up display of the quatro elements as shown in the attachment is still like it is, also with the newest version.
