No Import Demo

I installed idlike insurance multipurpose.

I had to upload it via FTp because it always gave an error.

However, I can’t find the demos uploaded. I’m trying to import them via “Import” in “Tools” but, despite having increased the php limits, I still don’t succeed.

Please I need help asap.
