Hi Nelva Team,

We have purchased Nelva – Multipurpose Business WordPress Theme with 45+ themes from Themeforest.

After the purchase, the themes disappeared when we tried to download the theme. It was not even 24hrs gap.

We are appalled by the sudden change and what we got. We are very disappointed.

Can any of you help us in getting the actual product we actually paid for?

Please help us, as the theme is very important for us.
