There is no issue with mega menu. This menu only works if you use it as a widget on the page, because it needs its own styles.

1. Create your Header section with Mega Menu in the Theme Elementor Sections https://take.ms/i4YtH

2. Select this section in Appearance -> Customize -> Header -> Content https://take.ms/X4HG9. It will replace the standard header.
