Map Points Animation Settings

Good Day,

I wanted to know how do I change the animation settings on the points on the map. The points when you mouse over them the pop up stays for almost 15 secs which is too long. I wanted that time to go down to 2-3 secs.

You can reduce it here

js/scripts.js hide: 500

But now it is 5 seconds not 15 seconds
