Hi,

The social icons on the footer don’t work on Mobile.

They work fine on desktop though.

And the Mailchimp field doesn’t work either. Nothing happens when you add it and open it on the backend.

Can you take a look?

The Mailchimp feature still doesn’t work.

When trying to edit it, nothing happens, the Mailchimp Box Setting shows empty- see screenshot attached.

Can you check it out please?

We had already filled out everything there. We checked the lists and we added the API, and still, it’s not working. Are we missing something? Can you check?

We already tested the API and embedded a form to check and it went through. So, the API and the lists are working.

When a user subscribes to the newsletter form he does not receive a confirmation email. Even tho if you try the same email it’s saying “<span style=”background-color: #0d0d0d; color: #bbbbbb; font-family: Jost; font-size: 17px;”>Given email address is already subscribed, thank you!</span>”

But when you go to mailchimp it does not show up and I don’t get any message to confirm the subscription.

I had to use embed code from Mailchimp to make it work but, I would rather use the Mailchimp plugin.

Can you check on this?
