Login/Register from nav-bar doesn't work

Hello, I recently found out that neither registering or logining in from the hover menu of the profile icon in the nav-bar works. It redirects to nothing. There is no field validation either. The only way to register is by directly going to the url /my-account. I checked the demo, it doesn’t work on it as well.

Seeing the same issue on my install.  Login works, Register does not work from the small on hover of my-account.
