Loading Error

The website has crashed but no error is shown, I just get the loading page of the theme, I tried to rename the plugins folder in cpanel I got a blank page full of HTML and CSS code. Tried to rename the themes folder, nothing happened. Tried to descativate plugins from dashboard but same problem persisted. I also deleted cache from my browser and from WordPress, nothing happened. Can you help please?
I need the website back asap..

It’s working yes THANK YOU, but a lot of features are not, for example, “Services” is not showing normally (you can see in the pic below), the carousel is not working but only on Home page, it’s working on other pages, I had a plugin that displays Instagram pictures in the footer, it’s not showing anymore…
In page called “تجارب” the carousel is working but showing just the 3 first pic, when you swipe it’s blank.

To fix all of that I tried to re-do all these sections but the problem is still here.
