Layout Style on Mobile

Hi! I make css changes to adjust the padding/margin. While the layout looks adjusted on the desktop mode, it is not on the mobile mode. Is there a way to adjust the layout style that is specific for the mobile mode?

Below is an example of a way whose layout needs to be adjusted.
