Why after installing demo content through All-in-One WP Migration site does not contain these subpages?

Here all-in-one file, but for importing it, you need plugin from the documentation because of size this file (>500 Mb).

Or you can import just 2 pages with the wordpress import plugin (quattro.repair.xml).
