Images not counted by SEO

Hello,

I did some more research. Here is a snapshot of Yoast recommendations to give you better idea. It seems images and text is not being counted correctly in Yoast. This is going to hurt the SEO scores. Please help.

1. To set image alt use this field https://take.ms/EUJcz

2. If images doesn’t show on the page, check your cache plugin settings (images lazy-load) or try to purge all caches.

Thanks but my problem is a bit different.

 

Yoast SEO plugin says my home page has 173 words when I have over 1000 words. I have checked and Yoast does not have any issues reading the editor being used. So I am wondering if the problem is somewhere in the theme?

 

Similar issue with not counting the images correctly.

 

Problem happens ONLY on pages, not on posts.

It’s a problem with Yoast and WPBakery plugins. https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/13286
