I am not getting any support response

Hello, I purchased support for this theme and I am not getting any support response. After scrolling through other posts for this theme I am starting to see there are a lot of issues with this theme. I am too far into scrapping the theme and starting with something else. I really need to get this theme to work properly. So, my question is, how do I get tech support for this theme? Issues are:

• The website takes forever to come up.
• There hasn’t been any update since 05/27/21.
• The website takes forever to come up.
• Periodically lose tabs.
• The website takes forever to come up.
• Numerous errors with plugins/permalink-manager.
• Need to purchase WPBakery Page Builder to update the plugin. This is supposed to be included.
